Real Manchego made up of 100% sheep’s milk and made in La Mancha, in central Spain. The abundance of wild grasses in the meadows of central Spain give Manchego a special taste and specific flavour. The aroma is very mild and flowery and the pâte is fi rm on the inside, although very supple and somewhat oily. You can detect sweet hazelnuts in the finish.
